Burgundy
'Gin'ial beer
In cooperation with brewery 'the Future' in Fijnaart, we have brewed a new beer: Burgundian 'Gin'ial beer .
The really special thing about this beer is that after the brewing process, it is infused with the oldest Gin recipe in the world, namely "1689 gin."
After much testing and tasting, together with brewery the Future we arrived at a beautiful end result. And what a feast it was! We are therefore convinced that it is a genius beer, so hence the name: 'Gin'ial Burgundian beer' . in its Bergs genius way.
It is a powerful tripel beer and has an alcohol percentage of 9%. This wonderful beer can be ordered at our restaurant.
The label was designed in collaboration with Eline Sturm of "IWAZ art" to add an extra experience. Iwaz is a local artist known for his beautiful works.
